Yes they are. It's very frustrating. I sent a scalding email to the CEO earlier this year and got a very reasonable explanation but that doesn't change the struggle to enroll. There is also a competitor that has started a FIH trial, Cook Medical. They tried a valve back in the 2000's but never got it to work and it's unknown what they have now but I think investors see NVNO squandering some of their advantage as a potential first mover.

I'm still bullish on the stock, especially at this market cap. Perceptive hasn't sold any as of their last quarterly and they obviously know what they're doing. I think it's extremely likely that the stock will be above 10 bucks a year from now but it's in the doldrums currently.
