Surely this thread should be changed to plummet in early 2025?
Laughable that people still think that we are near the peak. Wait for the next round of nominal cash rates to come out from the banks in the coming days/weeks. Something starting with a 5.xx will be on the table.
Quite simple that governments of the past have failed Australians in their ability to invest in adequate infrastructure to support population growth.
Significant changes across the board will need to be made, however will governments be brave enough. Only time will tell.
