As you say that would be the logical conclusion - problem I see is that it will take around 12 months to get US government approval and probably required amendments to the US/Canada 123 agreement to incorporate some issues in the Australia/US Silex treaty (which will take time). In the meantime Cameco could easily become prime and GLE a sub-contractor. In this context Cameco could claim "experience" right across the spectrum (apart from enrichment which is SLX's area - unfortunately not with commercial attributes - yet)
