Well it seemed obvious in 2020 too as i remember it . I do remember feeling pretty silly back then , how about you? But as i already stated i would not be invested here if i did not believe msb will be approved . And yes i think it will be on or before aug 2 . I just have no issue talking about unlikely scenarios with investing . And i do not consider it silly to do so
