It's about time a deck was produced. But I think it's wishful thinking that it will lead to a pump in the price before a CR - *everyone* knows they need cash. If they're not going to employ a pump group like Next Investors then there won't be a fresh heard of cattle coming in to graze. Going down the promoter path IMO isn't a great thing; we don't want hot money sloshing around again.
As for some more good news, well that would be welcome for sure but I like living so won't be holding my breath
