Surely a case for hiring a third party QA/QC person for next well(s).

Equipment damage during transport....technically that's usually beyond the control of the service company. Again another reason to use a QA/QC person.

He's saying mud weight was the reason for differential sticking AND the mechanical hole deterioration? I hope he's right. I would like to hear details of what they think the mechanism behind the hole deterioration is.
