It would have been nice, but to me it looks as if the article was from 2022. Only a coincidence in month and day.
By the way I checked on their Twitter page and European stock markets: PKN Orlen has nothing officially announced either and markets are open now in some countries where they are listed. Also, from the share price action, markets don’t seem to care.
The Bloomberg article on PKN Orlen only refers to some news item that is not further specified.
So maybe we simply still have to wait because the final decision has not been officially adopted yet.
Waiting is torture sometimes…
