As dan said "Well, the numbers are clear to management." That's what you pay management for. To manage the money. As I said to you before.. What if the shares were $1 or 80 cents and the plants were landing 7 mil a week, would you still say no?
It is a question of judgment, and it depends on a number of things, the price of the shares is one. How well the mine is going is another. The urgency of other commitments is another, but perhaps they can walk and chew gum.
