Not if they hit they're revenue numbers Q4 & continue build.... this looks a smart acquisition looking forward longer term.
& the share options offer is smart rather than a cash outlay.... preserves cashlow, keeps the vendor actively immersed in the product & defers any cap raise pending market uptake of this technology.... it's becoming a more of when than if IMO
