Well what has the new data shown us.

Quallity is key, the below par MSC is capable of providing close to 100% survival improvment in those at the worst end of the scale. No wounder there is so many clinical trials and reserch. Yet when we look at the above par cells they provide 900% over not having any MSCs. That is trully remarkable. With this in mind, no wounder we see so many reviews including that of the FDA stating that results are hard to interpret.

MSCs it would seem are also used around the world, I am not counting those that the FDA are trying to shut down. More the leading hospital networks. So much that one of the second line treatments for GVHD is indeed MSCs yet other than Japan they are not aproved. So they obviously are been used for GVHD and I think it probable that they would be used in other indications on compassionate grounds.

The cells are been made in the labs as a in house product, they unfortunatly are the type that dont always work as well as the last batch. They would also cost a fair sum not only in $ terms but time and space better used for other tech. perhaps car t cell products that are made to order.
