The draft rfp is very long, but perhaps every silex holder should read up to section c or the first 13 pages, as there is so much interesting stuff in there that can be speculated on. long story short, I'm seeing some help to Gle and with Paducah licencing coming in this package and haleu being linked with leu enrichment. I'm not seeing anything for tails reenrichment. Im also thinking $500mill (+ $200mill for associated stuff) doesn't buy enough enriched uranium to forfill the nuclear fuel wants of the US at present. As such, there may be more to come in the nuclear fuel security bill, otherwise the plan won't work.
