They are in process of getting agreements signed for production and debt facilities and they advise its imminent. Although its taking longer to do the signing the fact that Trent is still saying Q4 means the time to get to site and produce has not changed. I think a lot of pressure has been put on the board and management and they want to get the news flowing and things in production. there is no rason for them to delay and say things for the sake of it.
