I believe Xantippe is simply waiting for the LAKE RESOURCES DFS. They will then copy and paste it, make some minor changes to the wording, and launch their own DLE with a Chinese counterpart. They will essentially do the same as LAKE but at a lower cost and with cheaper and more diligent partners in China. It would also be a great idea to drill diagonally up to 500-700m from the XTC tenements directly into Lake's site and extract LAKE's brine without their knowledge. If LAKE can successfully execute their DFS and funding, XANTIPPE should easily see a five-fold increase in value, benefiting from LAKE's exposure in the world of lithium. I highly recommend that XTC reduce the number of shares on the market through a reverse split and hire an exceptional communicator who can effectively convey messages and deliver presentations.
