Thanks obp. Doing everything electronically is a bloody pain (I wont even mention the frustrations in trying to find help on the bank's contact numbers). I am unashamedly a hardcopy person. Looks like I might get a cheque in the mail sooner than I thought. Thanks again.
PS I hope Redpath provide better service to Aurelia than my bank of 30 years does for me.
