This deal removes the uncertainty and analysts should soon be able to quantify TLS value. Based on current dividends and profit growth the sp should immediately move to the $3.50-$4.00 range .TLS getting $11 BLN , can keep its cable TV business and bid for new wireless spectrum, so all the Conroy thuggish threats are removed.
The future fund would be crazy to sell now.
The deal still needs shareholder and ACCC approval.
