Normally well design pressure ratings are designed to incorporate 2k 3k 5k 10k and 15000 psi
Easy to come by in developed countries that have a robust hydrocarbon industry such as Cuba
I have no doubt that they design for a 15000 psi WP BOP for these drills
Mightn't be need for this first hole but definitely for the second, barite will take care of the rest
I'm not concerned at all
