Fixing the relationship... I don't see it ever happening Ort, well not in my life time. Cuba is aligning themselves more to the East again and why shouldn't they, populism politics in America will never allow the foot to taken off the throat of Cuba. Americas greatest down fall and a reason for the upcoming change in the new world order, is their capitalist greed and hunger for dominance & power. The embargo should have been watered down/eroded over time and they would likely not have an issue to deal with. Its been over 50 years since the Cuban missile crisis....
China will buy as much oil as we can give them. And they will have what America wanted a long time ago - access to Cuban Oil.
Competition brings leverage to the negotiating table and its growing by the day.
