i agree jim, rudd HAD to pull something out of the hat in relation to the only still breathing election promise - esp with the bashing he's been getting from all directions.
i've been expecting this all week, not for any other reason than rudd is desperate.
and i agree this could have been sorted long ago, perhaps it would have been without all the thug tactics.
i guess i'm looking forward to tomorrow now... let's see what this SP does shall we?
