3.50 close today wouldn't surprise...this is a good deal for telstra because rudd was desperate to make a deal...they have pretty much gotten everything they wanted...only short term fly in the ointment is Future Fund who will likely use this as an opportunity to sell...which is fine by me....sooner their stake is down to minimal levels better for everyone
