It is very doubtful indeed that CERwould have the power to order the directors of the DEL group to liquidate. Let’snot forget this is a short-term issue with a subsidiary that is no longertrading. My understanding is if they pay the amount due it will be fully refundedin 2024. In the current market these things take time.
