i would be curious if Rathie used the phrase "financial strife" which is how AFR described Bub.
In any event , I believe it starts laying the groundwork for a CR after report end of June.
Worse for existing holders , a strategic placement to a friendly at a huge discount.
Either way some food for thought for existing investors .... hold , sell down some , or bail out and wiat for dust to settle.
