True, but I love my iPhone so no choice for me at the moment. I also bought it to use use overseas. When I travel I'm hoping to use it as a travel router with a local SIM to connect my laptop and iPad. Using my Aussie SIM overseas for data is really pricey.

It might also take a couple of years for phone hot spots to become widely used? There is a nice window of opportunity before technology moves on again.

I think they will sell enough to get a return on the investment. We'll have to wait and see.
