The May 10 - Sustained benefit release is no different to the Dec 09 release where they didn't go into a trading halt. I guess cause its not full results.
In fact they are keeping in line with their previous releases. They went into a halt on 4/5/09 prior to release Positive P3 Results on CF.
All looks good to me.
