I'm sorry I don't share your confidence.
Let's say that the stars align and AVZ win the case and the DRC needs to reluctantly award a mining licence.
Do you think they're going to make it easy for AVZ to operate in their country against their will? No chance. There'll be random visits by paid militia to tear through the mine and force AVZ out. Good luck proving that one in court.
Be sure of this..the only internationals that can operate in the DRC are the ones that've paid/bribed their way in.
