MGV has the permitting underway right now.
Interesting to note that MGV have not included any capex for upgrading the Northern Highway Intersection...
Not sure what you mean by 'how' WGX will pay for the road upgrades? They actually just improved the road system around CUE for the Big Bell ore, but unlike MGV, with $160m in cash, they have the ability to fund it.
The trucking, is likely to be done by a contractor, or... does WGX truck the ore inhouse (I am not actually sure, but I believe it's contracted).
@loki01 - My best guess, is WB trusts Anthony Buckingham. Though of course, DD is still important, as you say, the two biggest issues for developers in recent years have been.... being able to fill their mill and..... whether the MRE reconciles with what the explorer (now acquired) actually keep telling the market they had. Even RMS has been burned by with the deposits feeding their Edna May mill under reconciling. Buyers are taking a much bigger risk, than mining their own discoveries!
As for the U/G, yes I believe it is narrow.
