Don't be confused.
This announcement doesn't derisk the project at all.
Whilst it is an important advancement in the approval process, the ERD has simply been accepted to be released to the public.
Once VRX respond to any comments received by the public, the ERD will form part of the information on which the proposal will be assessed.
In simpler terms, the contents of the ERD have not been assessed as yet.
