    First question , I do not know the answer why AISC increased so much , maybe like you inferred partly increased contractor costs and higher strip and lower grade ?

    second question , There is a feasibility study done by RMS for its Penny UG mine think it may have costs in that and available in their press releases , plus either SLR or RMS provide mining costs in their 4Cs
    Gleaning info from various sources , I used a total cost (inc processing) of $A 220.00 a tonne for NN UG ie a bit over 2 grams a tonne at current POG , that does not include cost of development ie decline, TSF lift , initial level development
    For NN OC I only used a total cost of $50 a tonne , it really helped with early cashflow
