Unfortunately the DDD / Cosmo Board didn't think it was prudent to secure the Mining Entry Permit before they launched the IPO. Cosmo IPO withdrawn, ADG & Cosmo Boards are distinctly (and surreptitiously) indistinct & the in-specie shares are stuck somewhere in the inactive bowels of Cosmo illiquidity.
Not a great result IMO.
