I am not in a favour of a merger that would disproportionately favour the other party.
I feel that would be the case if it were with PLL.
Having come this far in just two years, it will take something very compelling for SYA to let someone else in to enjoy the spoils.
From Loui’s very excellent interview, BL is supremely confident that a takeover is not on but made no mention of a merger.
I would like to know the reasoning behind that as I am sure more than one of the big four would love to get their hands on what Sayona has built up (from nothing).
Having said that, I am thinking Sayona and Livent/Allkem, would be eyeballing each other off from across the room.
