Michael's background being a Chemical Engineer (by training) and has been involved in minerals metallurgy space for some 15 years is of particular interest! Especially for Voltaic's REE project if the assay result confirms a good REE mineralisation it will become so relevant for Michael to be involved or overseeing the critical Met process as he also mentioned in one of his recent interviews if i remember correctly that the Met work will have to go first (to confirm the economic viability) before any further drillings/expansion activities!
