Africa...a safe jurisdiction to mine in, no corruption etc.
In all seriousness I hope holders of both companies benefit, but if you think that cheap labour/energy is the be all and end all of mining in Africa, well things can turn on a dime very quickly. A good "safe" jurisdiction is key for mine.....and South Australia has that in spades in comparison to ANY African Jurisdiction.
