Hi Sweetsound …. NRW’s issue back in 2015, was with Samsung, not Roy Hill.

…. And yes, that… (Samsung refused to honour its’ debt despite two high court findings in support of NRW, saying that -as an international operator - it would appeal the matter to an international court unless NRW settled for much less than it was owed) …plus the mining down turn was almost the end of NRW, with shares trading for less than 8c each for a while.
- But the company survived (and has evolved to a wiser, stronger entity cautious of faceless foreign ‘big wigs’ ) thanks to the drive and determination of Jules and his core team, and supportive bankers who recognised their merit.
Aerison has not been so fortunate.
