I bet Uranium company Paladin Energy Ltd. which plunged as much as 23% when Namibia govt announced they're considering taking minority stakes in mining and petroleum production companies, are now thinking lower cost downstream processing. Are you serious? Mining companies will pull operations out of these countries due to op costs sky rocketing. And I bet you think these governments could takeover and continue Ops without the Ex Pat skills or knowledge.
