It seems like some are upset that they were not informed of the monster hits prior to the assays announcement

Im sorry to say, that's just not how it works. Without risk, there is no reward

Tony has been playing by the book, and that includes abiding by the updated ASX guidelines (April 2023) regarding visual estimates i will post below

Accusing the MD and/or the company employees of leaking insider information because they have made a great discovery.... i dont know what to say

You should be going after the shitcos that intentionally mislead investors such as LRD, who pump their SP announcing wide 'pegmatite' hits that have no spodumene / lithium and causing many investors with lack of knowledge to lose their money on assays.

In all honesty, nothing but praise for Tony - he has done a wonderful job. You only needed to read the announcements leading up to this, and watching the many videos where he presented to know they were onto something. Really, you don't upgrade to 6 drill rigs + have SQM cornerstone invest for no good reason (they even mentioned that SQM thought there was potential for a world class 100mt+ deposit here)

I previously mentioned "Time will tell if Tony has been honest as he was indicating they were potentially onto something + indicating potentially high grades based on the amount of spod they are seeing in the cores". I also mentioned it was his job to sound bullish, as is any director - so i remained cautious. When the announcement came, it was clear that he acted in good faith throughout the process leading up to this - he never leaked any insider information nor did he mislead investors.

I suggest you move on from this silly idea you have, because you are making a fool of yourself

    ASX Compliance Update no. 04/23

    21 April 2023

ASX does not encourage the reporting of estimates of mineralisation based only on visual observations. ASX’s existing guidance states that it would generally be inappropriate for an entity to comment about the grade or quality of mineralisation in the absence of an assay. In many cases, information derived solely from a visual inspection of a core sample before it has been assayed and analysed could give a misleading impression of the extent of mineralisation.

ASX will not hesitate to take action if it considers that an announcement does not comply with the Listing Rules. The action that ASX may take includes rejecting the announcement or requiring a retraction or correction. ASX may suspend trading in the entity’s securities until appropriate corrective action is taken by the entity.
