Another way to look at it might be that they need to be sure of the next target to drill should they run into issues at M2 or if it fails to meet expectations or if they indeed need to drill a second well as part of the licence agreement.

I agree with you though. The Drill does the talking not the Seismic. I'll be surprised if the market is remotely excited about this. Announcement closely related to M2 spud are the SP catalysts.

Bar the announcement of a farm in partner (which may now be off the table seeing they have raised a large amount of cash at this low level......I don't know for sure though....can still happen), the next big news for me is the appointment of a servicing company. Did they mention it takes roughly 60 days to mobilise to site? Earliest spud is now mid to late August? Tick tock!
