The thinking was from others that the rushed SI raise was because spud was imminent so they needed the cash and the company would come out and tell everyone what was going on. This is looking more like not the case now and the opposite that they were still a 50/50 on locking in the service provider for Q3 so needed the cash in the case where they couldn't lock them in as it would see an almighty share price crash if drilling was delayed till next year
