You're misreading how the exclusivity agreement works. Yes it will guarantee supply but it won't necessarily stop PAR being subsumed by a much bigger fish. Particularly if the Board agrees to the terms, that would necessarily involve Bene beforehand
The impact of regional deals may make this tricky but only if they strike them with multiple parties.
