I saw GXY and Orocobe merger.
now Livent and Allkem merger will be done.
I found why companies are do their best point what they have and next stage bring Chair or CEO or directors from big companies or experienced people to suit.
So I don't worry about present CEO's ability and he will do next step what is very for company.
