@Paul7890 you are 100% correct. This is kindy stuff we are discussing here. Why don't we both email BH and ask for 20 million options for "Free" as well.
If the SP is 50c we can exercise and make 20c per share for absolutely ZERO RISK because the options were not purchased. Unfortunately this is the real world and retail do not get free options like management do.
