MGX operates with a very lean crew of around 350.
David Kerr has stated in several reports thar MGX operates not only with a lean team but also a highly efficient team.
To put some perspective on this, MGX operates with around half the crew of rival GRR, yet MGX has double the output.
Also MGX's operation is very cost effective, as the ships roll up right next to the mine.
Two yeara ago the processing plant was upgraded for higher production along with re-positioning plant for even greater efficiency.
Peter Kerr has signalled reducing costs, especially after no further use of the temporary mobile crusher.
