no one can get workers, qld wasn't churning out the work for a long time, and WA ended up sucking up all the talent and numbers, now post covid and ramp up in QLD, every single miner, sub contractor is in a rock and hard place, can't put prices up to much or help fuel inflation and budgets go way over and the kitty gets drained real quick.

but on the other hand, even with huge pay packets and lucrative deals for workers, they can't find any, this is actually a systemic QLD problem imo, and after being burnt by BCB thankfully only small, I have put QLD on my do not invest list.

I don't know about you guys. but a change of leadership and some role back of some hardline agenda crap would see QLD compete with WA, much like SA are trying to do and failing.

IMO QLD could be a real resource powerhouse state, we havnt even scratched the surface in QLD when it comes to mining.

but like all the smart money, I will be staying out until there in a shift in politics in QLD, and a move to a more pro mining state.
