Ann: Tesserent enters into Scheme Implementation Deed with Thales, page-120

I note that one of yesterday's announcements stated that "Tesserent Says Thales Offer Unanimously Recommended by Board", but I'm wondering how much weight this will actually carry with the bulk of the voting shareholders ? As far as I can see from the current top 20 shareholders list, only Geoff Lord has any significant holding (total= 8.98%). They did not say how the Executive team intend to vote (Ceely & Humpreys together hold ~5.11%). I'm wondering if the BOD are just trying to force this vote through ? It looks to me that this vote could be very much in the balance.
