The ones that were powered by coal and no longer can afford to use coal for next 7-10’ years until renewables are an option . Gas produces half the carbon that coal does and Comets gas is even cleaner than that
coupled with the fact that new supply is very limited and many contracts are expiring and need to be retendered , this is truly a perfect storm
