"BGH Capital weighs Pepper Money buyout.
Other private equity firms that may take a look are The Carlyle Group, which operates in the space globally, Cerberus, Bain Capital or Apollo Global Management."

    This is inevitable.
    The non-bank lenders are cheap.
HUM easily the cheapest at current price & growth potential.
Simple P/B gives you ~$1.20 - at no premium (LFS were willing to be 1.8x for the low growth consumer...different env obv), then add growing commercial.

Sentiment will turn, business models fully repriced and then cashflows will flow.
PEs think further ahead than the market.

What price will AA give it up at?
    He's a buyer here in the 40s.
