I've said it before... that was outright fraud imo.
They knew damn well the raise wouldn't go towards upgrades, but straight into fixing mistakes and design flaws.
Raising under false pretenses should warrant ASIC attention, though considering what I'm witnessing going on over there uncovered by Adam they are frauds themselves.
