Evidence was lacking and did not exist to prove anything other than a drink together. It was actual folly to charge Lehrmann unless somewhere along the prosecution process he made admissions. Something he would never do. Drumgold and the DPP were delusional in this case and the question needs to be asked why was Higgins so heavily facilatated? The Court and the integrity of the jurisprudence needs to be maintained and not used contemptuously for petty political.gains...
