I suspect they have enough to fund this flow test - my guess there may be an issues of shares to the workover rig owners. IMO they will wait to do a CR until the price lifts on good news. You can expect a steady stream of news from October. CR before annual meetingr. Tread carefully as no pump and dump will happen. Given number of shares on issue e-very one will remain wary of a Reverse split.
