Agree it would be very poor form, and hard to forgive, but it would be one way of ‘skinning the cat’ to reward ‘mates of WAK’ ... just my ‘mind ticking’
I am fairly sure I have heard of these style of ‘shonky’ deals happening elsewhere with directors loans etc... imho any company or its directors who engage in such activity and shaft the shareholders are little different to ‘corrupt’ and should be booted, but if /when they (bosrd) have significant or controlling shareholdings, easier said than done.
