Clearly the fact the Tudhopes are willing to drop below 50% ownership is viewed very positively. Tells us that they are very keen to super charge growth and compete with the AirTrunk, NextDC, CDC types who are much bigger. 45% of $2bn is bigger than 50% of $1.3bn!
