That’s from the most recent presentation 11/05, which states $26 as at 31/03/2022.
The quarterly report was published in 26/04, and reports $26 cash as it of the end of March quarter, which doesn’t take into account the cost of hickory-1.
So it could be a stupid careless mistake, or intentionally being misleading. In any case it’s important for the company to address it and correct the record.
